Fae Lights

GameMaker
Fae Lights is a game I developed alongside Nacho Avilés and Juan Salvador Aviles for MiniJam #150, where the theme was magic. Created in GameMaker within 48 hours, it tells an experimental fairy tale about reclaiming lost light in a dark world.

I contributed by programming the fairy movement, creating the environment, and developing the UI. This was the first project we successfully completed as a team from start to finish, and we even had time to polish it, crafting an experience that truly reflects our creative vision.

About me
Hello! I’m Marcos, a passionate programmer who loves problem-solving and coming up with ingenious solutions. Most of my projects are built on a strong foundation in C++ and C, but I’ve also worked with Rust, C#, Python, and Lua, as well as dabbled in mobile development.

As a graphics enthusiast, I’m always looking to blend technology and art, aiming to inspire others and bring creative visions to life with my technical skills.
